I have come a long way on my journey into the green. After my third health crisis, I made a decision to take my health back into my own hands in partnership with Mother Earth and Spirit. One herb certainly led to another and slowly my whole life came full circle. Passions ignited, including for all natural skin care, medicinal herbs, whole foods, and so much more. Violet Herbs is my effort to inform and educate about what I have learned and am learning about the ways we can partner with the natural world. Thus, I write about topics that I am experienced with or fascinated by and offer information about other products and resources that I think will be useful to my visitors. I know that we humans are innately connected with nature. The microcosm of each of our cells mirrors the macrocosm of the Universe.
